COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you need to get started.

How does free vending machine service work?

Qualifying locations provide suitable indoor space, electrical access, and enough regular traffic to support the machine. ProServ provides the recommended equipment, delivery, installation, stocking, product management, cleaning, maintenance, and normal service at no equipment cost.

How do I know whether my location qualifies?

We review regular employee, customer, student, member, or visitor traffic along with operating hours, placement, available space, and expected use. Complete the location assessment and our team will evaluate the fit.

What types of vending machines does ProServ offer?

We provide dedicated snack machines, cold drink machines, space-saving combo machines, and modern AI vending or smart cooler options for qualifying locations.

Can our location request specific products?

Yes. We consider client and customer requests, product availability, and actual sales when creating and adjusting the mix.

Do the machines accept cards and mobile payments?

Compatible modern equipment can accept credit cards, debit cards, and supported mobile wallets. Cash options are also available on many traditional machines.

How often are machines stocked?

Service frequency is based on sales and the needs of the location. Higher traffic machines may need more frequent visits, while other placements may follow a weekly or route-based schedule.

Who handles maintenance and repair?

ProServ handles normal maintenance and service for machines we place. We also review repair requests for snack, drink, and combo vending equipment owned by other businesses.

What does the location need to provide?

Most placements need appropriate indoor floor space, a standard grounded electrical outlet, reasonable access for service, and enough consistent traffic to support the equipment.

Where does ProServ provide vending service?

Our core service area includes Northwest Arkansas, southwest Missouri, northeast Oklahoma, and southeast Kansas, along with communities near our established routes.

Can one location have more than one machine?

Yes. Higher traffic facilities may be better served by separate snack and drink machines or multiple placements. We recommend capacity after reviewing the location.
